Martini glasses ready to be filled with garlic mashed red, mashed yukon gold and sweet potatoes, served with toppings of cheddar cheese sauce, grated parmesan cheese, shredded asiago, gravies, cinnamon-sugar, pecans, mini marshmallows, chopped broccoli, diced tomatoes, sliced scallions, bacon bits, sour cream and diced ham

*Margarita Mac-n-Cheese Station *
Margarita glasses ready to be filled with elbow and corkscrew macaroni and topped with cheddar cheese sauce and white queso sauce, taco beef, fajita chicken, chorizo, diced tomatoes, black olive slices, sour cream, chives, cilantro, diced onion and pepper strips

*Signature Salad Display*
A display of festive salads including: leafy fruit martini, brandy glass caesar salad, garden salad cosmo's, vegetable-tortellini champagne flutes and tuscan salad filled wine glasses... served with sweet onion, cherry, caesar, ranch, red french and garlic balsamic dressings

*Chicken Station*
Spinach-feta and mango stuffed chicken pinwheels carved at the buffet and jerk chicken thigh skewers.  Served with wild rice almondine and fresh baked breads with whipped butter

*Mardi Gras Station*
Shrimp & Sausage jambalaya, red beans & rice, boiled crawfish served with French bread and whipped butter

*Polish Station*
Westside kielbasa with apple-kraut, cabbage rolls and potato perogi's served with fresh baked rye bread and butter

*Spanish Station*
Paella (made with chicken, shrimp, sausage and mussels) served with gazpacho shots

*South of the Border Station*
Cheese enchilada's, pork barbacoa with flour tortilla's, mini beef wet burritos, served with pico de gallo and spanish rice

*Southwestern Fajita Station*
Chicken fajita strips, grilled peppers & onions, flour and corn tortilla's, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, sour cream, guacomole, pico de gallo and chopped cilantro.  Served with spanish rice and black beans

*Cowboy BBQ Station*
Beef brisket with assorted BBQ sauces, smoked pork wings and Kentucky bourbon barbecued chicken breasts served with cornbread and butter

*Italian Dinner Station*
Parmesan chicken breasts, Italian meatballs in marinara over spaghetti and fettucini alfredo, served with parmesan and romano cheese and garlic toast
*Greek Station*
Gyro bar including pita pockets, gyro meat, sliced tomato, onion, cucumbers, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese and shredded lettuce.  Also served with Greek pasta salad and olives

*Carving Station*
Chef carved top rounds of beef and pit hams served with horsie and bistro sauces and fresh baked dinner rolls with butter

*Thanksgiving Station*
Whole roasted turkeys, carved at the buffet, served with cranberry-orange sauce, cornbread dressing, Idaho mashed potatoes with gravy and fresh baked breads with butter

*Country Station*
 Smoked pit hams carved on site, along with smoked chicken drumsticks served with a variety of bbq sauces, fresh steamed green beans and homemade breads with butter 

*French Dinner Station*
Mini cordon bleu's, chicken crepes, seafood crepes and petite croissants with herb boursin spread

*Wok Station*
 Asian wok's filled with stir fried chicken, shrimp, beef and asian vegetables.  Served with asian rice, LoMein noodles and a variety of asian sauces.  Includes chopsticks!
